If you want to filter out empty rows from a datatable try this tipe

var nonEmptyRows = MyTable.Rows.Cast<DataRow>()
                                            .Where(
                                                row =>
                                                    !row.ItemArray.All(
                                                        field =>
                                                            field is System.DBNull ||
                                                            string.Compare((field as string).Trim(), string.Empty) == 0));
            MyTable = nonEmptyRows.Any() ? nonEmptyRows.CopyToDataTable() : MyTable.Clone();
